LMW Advisory is a consulting firm specializing in industrial cybersecurity and defense contract readiness. Our team consists of practitioners with years of experience managing factories, executing CAPEX projects, and implementing security requirements in international industrial environments.
For years, we managed investment projects worth tens of millions of euros — from machine security specification, through supplier verification, to final acceptance (FAT/SAT/IOQ/PQ) incorporating cybersecurity standards.
Today, we translate that experience into advisory services for companies that want to meet security requirements and win contracts.

Engineer with 15 years of hands-on experience managing CAPEX projects in heavy industry. Managed a portfolio exceeding EUR 200 million — from production line installations and factory modernizations to greenfield builds across 4 continents. Conducted hundreds of machine acceptance tests (FAT/SAT/IOQ/PQ) with cybersecurity requirements baked in. Today, that shop-floor experience translates into cybersecurity audits and strategies for companies that need to win contracts.

Operational Partner
Operations manager with 25 years running factories and IT/OT systems for global corporations — global corporations. Built 3 greenfield plants from scratch and modernized 1 brownfield facility across FMCG, pharmaceutical, and food industries. Started as a SCADA/PLC engineer, delivered 40+ industrial projects in energy and manufacturing, then scaled to managing 24/7 operations for 200+ people. SCADA, MES, PLC, WMS, MOM, and SAP are his daily reality. MBA from a joint program at University of Lodz and University of Texas at Austin. Certified Project Manager (PMI-PMBOK). On-site, he is the person who speaks the language of operators and engineers.
